The Creami recipe Kim mentions in this episode:
Nectarine Tart Yogurt Creami
12 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
5 T Allulose
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
8 drops Stevia Glycerite
pinch salt
About 3 oz Nectarine with skin to blend, pitted and chopped.
Almond milk to fill to line.
About 3 oz Peeled Nectarine to "Mix In", pitted and diced.
Mix everything but the "Mix In" Nectarine and freeze according to Ninja Creami directions.
Process as "Lite Ice Cream."
Add extra nectarine as "Mix In.”
NB. If Nectarines are over your carb threshold, you can use other fruit, such as berries.
